Terms and Conditions

Cancellation & Booking Policy

All deposits will be required for ALL consultations and ALL treatment bookings, but as we offer a free consultation service, this will be deducted from your final treatment bill or refunded if you do not wish to go ahead with any treatments. If you wish to reschedule your appointment we require a minimum of 48 hours notice this will give us enough time to offer the appointment time to another client.

Deposits can be transferred to a later date provided the notice has been given. If we do not receive 48 hours notice, this will result in the loss of your deposit as you have not followed the Filter Freedom Policy. Please be aware that if you would like to cancel your appointment without 48 hours notice the deposit as it stands is non-refundable. We trust that all clients will attend their appointments on time, however if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will not be able to go ahead and a new deposit will have to be paid.
